I am re-arranging things a little

In an attempt to categorize all of the new material coming in and to honor the families and friends of those who submit large collections, I am dedicating entire pages to such collections and a 'general' page as well.  The order was derived more form the existing structure and order of arrival than with any personal preferences.

In the galleries listed at the top of the page I have tried to put together a collection of interesting images from racing's past, as well as the current Vintage and Nostalgia movements. I have a great respect for these drivers and if they were racing today I have no doubt they'd be well supported and have casino and energy drink sponsorship splashed across their cars. They were and are true superstars. Unfortunately, the bulk of my collection was destroyed in 1974, so if anyone has photos of my father I would be indebted if you would share copies of them with me. These galleries are not restricted to photos of dad, so if you have any old photos that you would like to see in one of these galleries... get them to me. Either mail hard copies that I can scan (and return, if you wish) or send digital copies via email. Either way, this website is for everyone who wishes to keep alive racing's past and share it everyone.

The Gallery pages are quite large, even with the images 'thumb nailed'.  Please be patient -- I think they are worth the load-times: 16 seconds to 68 seconds over a 56.6 dial-up connection.
